• pb5: Unless otherwise stated in the items details, the majority of our plants are of this size. This is a most common bag size and is the same as the majority of plants found in your local garden centre. Plants that are available for sale have been deemed by us to be at an established and plantable size, ready for your garden
• pb3: This is our Eco-Plant range; a slightly smaller bag size to the pb5 for grasses, flaxes, and anything that is predominantly purchased in multiple numbers. We supply this method to reduce the cost per plant for our customers when it comes to varieties that they shall more than likely be purhasing more than one at a time of
• Eco-Packs: Our own personal conservation and environmentally concious answer to the re-establishment of New Zealand's native flora; the Eco-Pack is a very cost effective container of plants (20 per container in total), all specifically chosen for revegetation purposes. Pots are 5cm tubes.
• Seeds: Gathered locally by professional, environmentally concious horticulturalists. All care is given to use only the healthiest of stock, but we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness, or description of any seeds we sell and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop

Plants your buy from us are carefully packaged so that they arrive strong, healthy and ready to grow. All plants that are shown as available for sale and are purchased through PostaPlant have been deemed by us to be at an established and plantable size for your garden.

If you've used our Find a Plant tool to select plants that are right for your growing environment, and if you follow our planting and care instructions, you can be confident that the plants you buy will grow and remain healthy for you.

Shipping/Delivery
We deliver plants to your door, anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery is FREE when you meet the following minimum order requirements:

Delivery charges:

North Island (urban addresses) - No minimum order

South Island & Rural Addresses:

• Normal plants: Min. Order: 5 plants
• Eco-plants: Min. Order: 2 x blocks of 5 plants
• Eco-Packs/Value packs: No minimum order!
• Hedging: No minimum order!
• Seeds: No minimum order!

If the minimum order requirements are not met, shipping to the South Island will incur a $25 surcharge, and rural deliveries to the North Island will incur a $5 surcharge.

Delivery times:
Plants will be posted the next working day after they're ordered, and normally arrive within 3 business days. Understandably, we do not ship on Friday's or Saturday's, to avoid plants being stored over the weekend at freight depots.  We make every effort to ensure your plants arrive on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for postal/courier delays.

Returns & exchanges
If a plant is damaged upon arrival:
All our plants are professionally packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We encourage you to check your order before accepting and signing for the delivery, to ensure the plants are in good condition. If plants are damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately to have a new plant sent to you.

If a plant doesn't grow well for you:
If you've used our Find a Plant tool to choose plants that are right for your growing environment, your plants should grow well with proper care. If your plant isn't growing well, contact us - we'll work with you to determine the reasons, and we may be able to suggest and supply a suitable alternative at no cost (excluding postage/delivery).

If we've made an error:
If we have made an error (for example, if we've sent the wrong plant), contact us and we will arrange to correct it at no cost to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your plant for any other reasons, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

We make every effort to ensure the plants listed for sale on this website are available in stock. If any plant you order is not available, we will contact you directly to suggest a suitable alternative.
